I can´t seem to find where to buy the basic license anywhere.
Only buy more device and handsets quota and modules, not the actual licenses.

No one on the Facebook-page seems to answer.

Yes and the only thing I see there are HANDSETS and SETTINGS.
Under Handsets I can choose to buy a couple of things like more device quota Weather License and such, not the PRO or BASIC license

It´s really annoying but glad I´m not the only one...well not glad but good to know it´s not just me.
And the people at iRule doesn´t seem to care.
Maybe I´ll look elsewhere for a better company that cares about there customers.

We are having issues with our trial accounts currently. I made a change on both of the accounts I could find referencing the email addresses listed above.

Would you mind logging out of the accounts and logging back in. You should be seeing the option to purchase either within the settings or atop the Main builder page as a link.

Now it works again and I have a trial account.
I wan´t to try it a bit more before I decide if I wan´t to buy the license or not but can´t add any devices. I have 4 but need some more to be able to try everything. Even if I delete a device I can´t add another.
Could you sort that out also so I can try if this can satisfy my needs?

I have the same problem. My trial account has expired and over the options menu I only can buy additional features and not a basic or a pro license. How can I buy a valid license?

What error are you receiving when you try and sync? If you receive a failed to authenticate message it could deal with security issues relating to our application and google. Try using this link https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en

I have the same issue, used the trial a while back, and it has expired.
The "license" link at the top does not work.
No option to buy "basic" or "pro" under the options menu.

This seems preposterous...

I can't buy a basic or pro license. And the trial won't let me add things I need without purchasing additional devices. I DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL DEVICES FOR A TRIAL. I'd rather purchase the license and see where things go. When I delete a device my quota just goes down.

Is the interface this bad? Seems like taking money for your product should be one of the easier parts of a well designed UI?????

This is an issue that we have not been able to replicate. On a small number of occasions a new trial account is being created as an unlicensed account which provides 1 handset and 0 devices. I can make the necessary adjustment to your account if you email support@iruleathome.com. I will need the username that has been created for the trial.

I have already bought the iTach IR hardware and committed to an IOS solution - I was hoping yours.

I was prompted to login in using gmail.......

Exact same thing here. How in the world are you running a business where people aren't working 24/7 when the payment system is down? It has been the most frustrating thing ever for the last 3 days - there is no where to click to buy a license. i'm so close to abandoning but i'm so amazed that this is even occurring i can't help but keep coming back.

so now i have created a new account, found that i could only purchase a pro edition when the builder first launched. bought a pro edition, rebought my automation module and abandoned the other devices and handsets that i bought in my other account.

now i'm trying to sync and getting an invalid password error. i'm almost $200 in and your app design is horrendous.

I´m back where it all started. Now the trial-period is over and I wan´t to buy a license but there is no way to do it.
Too bad since I finally decided to continue using this over RTI but I guess I´ll do that anyways especially after reading Jim Benedettos reply.

During the trial period I had the option to buy it at the login-screen but now it just logs in without that button.

Ok so evidently our developers needed to fix a couple of other dependencies for this issue. I know they were working on it today so hopefully they will merge the changes into the builder tomorrow.

I'm also having problems.

I got a trial version about a year ago.....
Played with it a bunch... setup 1 handset..and about 10-12 devices.
My trial is now expired, the top of my screen says: "IRULE BUILDER - NOT LICENSED LICENSE" (it used to say Trial License or something like that)(


Now that I am getting back into using this again... I would like to buy a license buy I have no way of doing this.

you should probably just add the "Buy Basic License, and Buy Advanced License" into the "Options" menu

I am having the same problem... I want to buy your product but your product is not intuitive at all. I tried the trial a while back, and gave up. I decided to try it again, and it made me by modules. I bought modules (there was no option to buy the complete package). I finally got 1 device loaded... My Denon AVR, but it wants me to pay more to get my media to play. You should have a trial where a person can use all the devices they want until the trial is over and then buy it. This is ridiculous to have to keep buying modules (which I might not even need). I have $62 invested so far and all i can do is use my AVR (which i haven't even tried yest as i am still trying to get it setup.
