why am i having so much difficulty restoring the seven template in to my builder keep getting error buy more devices but i have deleted all devices from my builder only one device in my builder but contiue with error messages. basic account please help.

What license type is the account? The Seven backup will only work with Advanced licensed account due to the number of pre loaded template devices.

basic license but i managed to import seven for my tablet by deleting all of my devices and restoring with seven then deleting devices from seven and replacing with my own. now i wanted to do the same for my htc phone.
