Missing Action Bar?

Hello,

I am having an issue with the Action Bar when using a Galaxy Tab S.

Up until today, when I would do a long press on the screen, the action bar would appear on the top allowing me to get to settings, panels, sync, etc.

There was a toggle on the main setting screen that would turn this feature on or off.

That feature seems to have disappeared.

I am displaying in full screen. Is there a way I can still sync my device or get to the gateways, panels, etc? Because as of right now the only way I can sync is to uninstall the app, reinstall and hit sync initially, there has to be a better way.
