Invalid User Credentials error message

If you experience an error stating that you have input Invalid User Credentials in the iRule app while you are certain that it is correct user name and password used for the iRule Builder then the cause of this issue is one of the two items:

1. You have your email account setup to require validation/confirmations to be sent every 30 days or whatever interval you have.

2. You have this email account associated with Google Apps.


If you are case #1 you have 2 options:

1. Remove the verification parameter from your gmail setup.
2. Create a new gmail account to be specifically used for iRule and we will transfer the license

If you are case #2 then your only option is to create a new gmail account to be specifically used for iRule and we will transfer the license
