If you had purchased a license using a non-Gmail email account and then created a Gmail account and linked the two email addresses together, you may run into a problem logging into the builder. You may be asked to Try/Buy or Buy iRule all over again and your setup will appear to be gone. This is due to the fact that when you added that Gmail account to your original account used for the iRule builder, Gmail account became primary and is what is sent by Google during login process.
You have 2 options:
1. Unlink or remove the Gmail account from being associated with your original account
2. Let us know what the old and new email accounts are used for the iRule builder and we can transfer the license to the new account and send you a backup of your original setup to restore to the new account.
